The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex building projects and programmes, providing strong leadership across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- CPM registration with SACPCMP is essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field
- Extensive experience in project and programme management within the built environment
- Proven buildings experience is essential
- Strong experience managing projects from inception through to completion
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary professional teams and contractors
- Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets, contracts, risk and quality management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities
