Boxer Superstores, a leading retail company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creditors Clerk at our Head Office in Westville, KZN. As a Creditors Clerk, you will be instrumental in ensuring precise reconciliation and efficient processing of payments, contributing significantly to the accuracy and effectiveness of our financial operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a matric qualification (Grade 12)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of the creditors function
- Proficiency in SAP Finance will be an advantage
- Attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in mathematical and accounting skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare payments to suppliers
- Maintain weekly and monthly accounts
- Automatic and manual matching of statements on SAP
- Reconciling the accounts
- Rebate postings
- Follow up and resolve outstanding values and/or discrepancies on recons
- Prepare monthly reporting schedule’s off recons
